Ready to sell a practice within the next year.

It takes six to twelve months to sell a practice in the northwest. Urban practices generally sell more quickly than their rural counterparts. If you are ready to sell, or will be ready soon, you should take decisive steps, and right now.
  • First, consult with your accountant or financial advisor to see if the timing is right for the sale of your practice.

  • Get a practice evaluation / appraisal from a reputable consultant. There is a lot of information to gather and it takes time. An accurate and fair evaluation is critical, though, to a successful, timely sale of your practice.
What is a "successful sale?" It is one where you get full value for the practice, the terms that work for you, and a secure future for you, your patients, and your staff.
